Lemon Pork Chops


Ingredients: 

-5 pork chops 
-Butter bar 
-jugo of two lemons 
-Sugar 
-Dry white wine 
-Parsley 
-Salt 
-Pepper 


preparation: 

1. Add salt and pepper to chops, then fry with butter for 10 to 12 minutes. 

2. Boil half a glass of water with two tablespoons of sugar and the juice of the lemons. 

3. Add the prepared chops in a pan, the white wine, the water infused with the lemon, a little butter, let it cook until the meat is soft.
