Fast & Easy Rib broth



Ingredients: 

(5 to 6 servings) 

-3 pounds of beef ribs 
- Ground beef 
- Ground chikote 
-5 cloves of garlic 
-Onion 
-Long onions 
-1/2 cup of coriander 
-1 pound of potatoes, cut into pieces 
-2 large carrots, sliced 
-Salt 
-Pepper 

preparation: 

1-Add the ribs to a pot with 1 tablespoon cumin, salt, achiote, pepper 

and 15 cups of water, simmer for about an hour. 

2-Place the garlic, onion and onion in a blender with a glass of water. 

Add the mixture to the pot and cook for another 30 minutes. 

3-Add the cilantro, potatoes and carrots. Put salt and pepper, cook

 for 25 to 30 minutes more or until the potatoes are soft.
