Chinese style meat with vegetables
Ingredients :
-300 gr. of meat fillets
-Zucchini
- Carrots
-Butter of soybean sprouts
-Soy sauce
-Ginger powder
-Low in powder
-Olive oil.
Preparation:
1-Cut the meat into pieces and put it in a pan Olive oil and leave for
5 minutes over medium heat.
2-Cut the zucchini and carrots into strips mix and add to the pan .
3- Add the soybean sprouts, the soy sauce, the ginger and the garlic
powder to taste and leave everything covered for 7 minutes over medium heat.
