Rice with Vegetables and Tuna




Ingredients: 

- Half kg of fresh tuna 
-400 g of Rice 
-Red pepper 
-Green pepper 
-Green peas 
-Onion 
-Ajos 
-Mature tomatoes 
-Olive oil 
-Salt. 


preparation: 

1- In a container we make small pieces of tuna. The peppers, onions 

and garlic are grated in a separate bowl. 

2-In a saucepan add the pieces of tuna with oil and salt, over medium

 heat for 8 minutes. 

3-In the same oil place peppers, onion and garlic previously grated,

 leave to fry for about 10 minutes and then add the chopped tomato. 

4-Add the rice to the saucepan, stir and add the water, when it boils 

we put the chopped peas and the tuna, we leave 15 more to the fire.
