Albondigas wing Parmesana



INGREDIENTS: 

-300 gr. of minced pork 
-300 gr. of minced meat 
-200 gr. of ground beef 
-6 garlic 
- Breadcrumbs 
-Media milk cup 
-Media cup grated parmesan cheese 
-2 eggs 
-Chopped parsley 
-Dried oregano 
-Ají ground 
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 
-Ketchup 
-Salt 
-Pepper 
-Olive. 


preparation: 


1-In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs and milk. Reserve. 

2-In another bowl together the meat, chopped garlic, cheese, seasonings and the mixture of breadcrumbs with milk, stir until everything is homogeneous. 

3-Make the size of meatballs ping pong, put 7 minutes to fry in a pan, on both sides. 

4-Carry for 10m in the oven at 180º. 

5-Put the tomato sauce, grated mozzarella and place again in the oven until they melt and gratinen the cheeses.
