               How to make a Pinoy Style Fried Chicken Jollibee - Fried Chicken - 
INGREDIENTS: 
-Maracuya juice
-Lemon
-Ron
-Peppermint
-Sugar
-Jazz Peach
-Licor de Pera.
PREPARATION:
1-Crush well between 10 mint leaves or mint with 4 teaspoons of sugar and

1-Crush well between 10 mint leaves or mint with 4 teaspoons of sugar and
the pulp of two lemons. 
2- Pour the mixture in a bowl with crushed ice and add 2oz of rum,

also put  4 glasses of passion fruit juice, half a glass of pear liqueur and 
half of peach syrup.
3-   Mix for 15 seconds and serve directly in a tall glass, you can garnish with 
 a sprig of mint or peppermint.
