Chinese sweet and sour chicken


                                 Easy Homemade Tuna Sisig Recipe

INGREDIENTS: 

-300g of chicken breast 
-1 egg 
-Soy sauce 
-Chinese wine or white wine 
-Red pepper 
-Green pepper 
-Garlic clove 
-Onion 
-Maizena 
-Salt 
-Oil 
-Brown Sugar. 


preparation: 

FOR THE AGRIDULCE SAUCE: 

1-Add to a pan: 150ml of water, 40g of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
 1 tablespoon of wine, 15g of brown sugar, We heat while stirring frequently. 
We let it thicken about 10 minutes and we reserve 

CHINESE AGRIDULCE CHICKEN: 
1-Chop the chicken in medium pieces. Grated the onion, the peppers, also 
the garlic but finer. 

2-Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, 1 tablespoon white wine and the chicken
 pieces after mixing well and put in the refrigerator for 5 hours. 

3-We add cornstarch in large quantities to the chicken pieces and mix well,
 put in the freezer for half an hour. 

4-We remove the chicken breasts from the freezer, remove the excess 
cornstarch and fry the chicken. When they are golden, we remove them. 

5-In a large pan, we put oil. Heat it over medium heat and add the chopped 
garlic, after 5 minutes add the onion and salt. We mix everything well while 
we leave 3 more minutes. 

6-Add the sweet and sour sauce, also a spoonful of cornstarch, dissolved in
 a little water. Mix well and let cook for 2 minutes, stirring the mixture, add
 the chicken, mixing all the ingredients.
