Easy fast Vegetarian nuggets




Ingredients: 

-1 cauliflower 
-1 broccoli 
-3 eggs 
-250 grams of Parmesan cheese 
-200 grams of breadcrumbs. 


preparation: 

1-Cook the cauliflower and broccoli for about 10 minutes, then wash and crush. 

2-Mix crushed vegetables, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs and salt and pepper. 

3-Placing them on the baking tray in the desired size, arrange them until you get the desired effect nuggets style, and bake until golden brown for 12 minutes at 180º.
