Christchurch shootings at two mosques leave 49 dead, Australian arrested in relation to terror attack

A 28-year-old Australian terrorist has livestreamed himself opening fire on a Christchurch mosque as multiple attacks left 49 people dead and leaving a further 48 critically injured. The man – identifying himself on Twitter as Brenton Tarrant from Grafton, New South Wales - live-streamed the mass shooting inside the Al Noor Mosque, which happened about 1.30pm (11.30am AEDT) as Friday prayers were underway. 

One man was seen in front of the mosque with bloodstains on his trousers . Four people were arrested, including the gunman and three others related to the attack . New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said none of the four suspects were on terror watch lists.

An Australian is among the individuals who have been captured after 49 individuals were slaughtered and handfuls more were harmed in fear based oppressor shooting assaults at two Christchurch mosques.

"These are individuals who I would portray as having fanatic perspectives, that have positively no spot in New Zealand, and in actuality have no spot on the planet. 

                     

"While we don't have any motivation to accept at this phase there are some other suspects, we are not expecting that at this stage." 

Ms Ardern proceeded to offer "the most grounded conceivable judgment of the belief system of the general population who did this". 

"You may have picked us, however we are totally dismiss and censure you." 

Mr Morrison said Australia was lamenting with New Zealanders over the "fanatic, conservative psychological militant assault". 

"As relatives with our New Zealand cousins today, we lament, we are stunned, we are horrified, we are insulted, and we remain here and censure totally the assault that happened today by a radical, conservative, rough psychological militant," he said. 

A vigil was hung on Friday night at Australia's biggest mosque, where several individuals accumulated to appeal to God for the casualties of the shootings.
